The Workout Spot is a boutique gym in north Phoenix that provides a personal, total-body workout in a relaxed, no-pressure setting. We are women’s fitness specialists and work with each individual to understand their unique needs. Our trainers offer 25- and 55-minute personal weight training sessions two-to-three times per week. We are here to help you meet your personal fitness goals and each session is designed with you in mind.

Every session at the Workout Spot is personal time – time just for you. All of our trainers are experienced, certified professionals. They help ensure you keep the proper form to prevent injuries and work at a pace that’s right for your fitness level, no matter if you are a beginner or more advanced. Whether you’re looking to tone your body or push your fitness limits, our trainers are here to help you all the way.
Every member is provided with an orientation and a personalized weight training plan.
